John Hearne from England stayed at our Pulau Bajau resort on Sipadan during its short-lived heyday in 1997. While staying with us he went all the way from his PADI Open Water Diver certification through Divemaster and worked with us as a diveguide for a while. The drawings below show some of John's impressions of the folks he took diving and also demonstrate his empathy for the Sipadan turtles.
